JSJ Gas have been installing and maintaining condensing gas boilers across Bournemouth and Poole for many years and have experience of all common makes and models of boiler.
From April 2005, all domestic gas boilers installed must be of the condensing type. There are very few exemptions to this Government legislation. Additionally, building regulations require that most gas ('Part L') & electrical ('Part P') work carried out in the home must be certificated.
As Gas Safe & Corgi-Registered gas engineers, we are able to provide these certificates on completion of our work - removing the cost of contacting your local authority to arrange a buildings inspection visit.

Gas Boiler Servicing & Repairs
We carry out annual servicing on most makes & models of domestic gas boiler. Each of our engineers has many years experience and therefore an excellent understanding of gas boilers and common faults - allowing us to promptly diagnose the issue and restore your boiler to working order quickly & efficiently.
It is often a requirement of home insurance companies to have your gas boiler serviced at least annually. We always provide the necessary paperwork confirming you have had your boiler correctly serviced by a registered and qualified engineer.
Landlord's Safety Certificates
As registered & qualified gas & central heating engineers, we are also able to issue landlord's safety certificates. This is a legal obligation for the landlord if a property is let to tenants or any rooms are rented out.
