All makes and models of boilers serviced from £50 +VAT (£60 inclusive).

This includes a full service of the boiler/gas fire, including combustion and safety efficiency test and analysis, visual system check. We will remind you of when your annual service is due and also keep a service history of your appliances/system.

Breakdowns & Repairs - £50 +VAT for the first hour of our engineers' time - we charge for the actual time on the job thereafter - in 15 minute slots.

Installation of Gas Cookers & Hobs - from £85 +VAT

Landlord Safety Inspection (Legal Requirement Annually)
£65 +VAT for Boiler & Cooker Inspection (boiler service included in this price).
Any additional appliances incur a further charge of £20 +VAT.
